1,3-DMAA (1,3-Dimethylamylamine) is a neural stimulant with a structure similar to ephedrine and adrenaline that has been used as a pre-workout stimulant.DMAA is a neurological stimulant which causes a quick spike of energy similar to caffeine and other classical stimulants, but does so by different mechanisms in the brain.DMAA is a straight chain, 7 carbon, aliphitic amine with a structural similarity to amphetamine, methamphetamine, and MDMA.[3] It was first introduced as a nasal decongestant[4] but more recently is used as a neurological stimulant and party pill.

Hell's Burn

DMAA also shares structural similarity to Propylhexedrine, a stimulant drug and nasodilator which may have fat-burning effects There is no significant effect on heart rate noted with DMAA supplementation despite the increase in blood pressure.

Creatine Nitrate brings increased both solubility and efficacy to the table, making it unique among creatines. With creatine nitrate, the creatine molecule is bound to a nitrate group, which gives it a number of interesting properties, including increased water solubility. In fact, one study noted that creatine nitrate has about 10 times the water solubility as does either creatine monohydrate or buffered creatine. This means that it takes 10 times the amount of water to dissolve creatine monohydrate as it would creatine nitrate. Creatine nitrate isn't just more soluble, however. It also has something to offer that creatine monohydrate doesnít: namely, nitrates. Nitrates (NO3-) are organic polyatomic ions. When ingested, either from food or through supplements, as in the case of creatine nitrate, nitrates are converted to nitric oxide via the nitrate õ nitrite õ nitric oxide pathway in the body. Due to this increase in nitric oxide, nitrates may help support improved blood flow and oxygen delivery. Nitrates may also relax blood vessels, easing the workload on the heart when blood is returning to it from the arms and legs. Various studies have noted that nitrate supplementation can decrease oxygen cost despite maintaining workload. Reducing the oxygen ďcostĒ of exercise can lead to improved energy efficiency during training, thereby increasing the amount of time you can train until reaching fatigue. As you would expect, this leads to improved performance as well as increased muscle contractile efficiency through a reduction of the ATP cost of muscle contraction. Human studies conducted with subjects supplementing with 1 and 2 gram doses of creatine nitrate found that those who used the novel form of creatine improved:

Peak power output
Average power output
Average velocity
Lifting volume

In other words, supplementation with creatine nitrate helps athletes perform more work with greater power and velocity while simultaneously reducing the amount of effort expended. Of course, I'd be remiss not to mention one other major aesthetic benefit to supplementing with creatine nitrate: bigger muscle pumps!

L-Citrulline is an amino acid. It is turned into L-arginine in the kidneys after supplementation, which means L-citrulline supplementation is a more effective method of increasing L-arginine levels in the body than L-arginine supplementation.this amino acid is used for Alzheimerís disease, dementia, fatigue, muscle weakness, sickle cell disease, erectile dysfunction, high blood pressure, and diabetes. It is used for heart disease, body building, increasing energy, and for improving athletic performance.L-citrulline helps to increase the supply of ingredients the body needs to making certain proteins. It might also help open up veins and arteries to improve blood flow and reduce blood pressure.

Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that reduces fatigue and drowsiness. At normal doses, caffeine has variable effects on learning and memory, but it generally improves reaction time, wakefulness, concentration, and motor coordination. The amount of caffeine needed to produce these effects varies from person to person, depending on body size and degree of tolerance. The desired effects arise approximately one hour after consumption, and the desired effects of a moderate dose usually subside after about three or four hours.Caffeine improves muscular strength and power, and may enhance muscular endurance, also enhances performance on anaerobic tests. Caffeine consumption before constant load exercise is associated with reduced perceived exertion. While this effect is not present during to exhaustion exercise, performance is significantly enhanced. This is congruent with caffeine reducing perceived exertion, because exercise to exhaustion should end at the same point of fatigue. Caffeine also improves power output and reduces time to completion in aerobic time trials, an effect positively (but not exclusively) associated with longer duration exercise.

Di-Caffeine Malate increases focus, energy, and metabolism while decreasing perceived fatigue. However, dicaffeine malate offers a unique advantage in that the malic acid supposedly calms the digestive distress commonly caused by natural caffeine and caffeine anhydrous.Dicaffeine malate (also known as Infinergy) is called the ďnext generationĒ form of caffeine which combines the best aspects of caffeine and blends it with the endurance-enhancing properties of malic acid. The biggest contribution of dicaffeine malate is its ability to provide a more extended, smooth and sustained energy compared to caffeine anhydrous. Most often regular forms of caffeine generate a huge surge of energy that leads to jitters and a huge crash. The combination of malate and caffeine offers a smooth uptick in energy which lasts a few hours longer than traditional caffeine and has a smooth ride down. Dicaffeine malate is incredibly effective, but when used in tandem with caffeine anhydrous, the two form an ideal punch of quick hitting energy that will last long after youíve finished your workout.

Tri-Creatine Malate is a very well absorbed, high potency, creatine form. It is a special compound made of three creatine molecules attached to one molecule of Malic Acid. The bond is broken by stomach acid, releasing pure creatine which is then absorbed. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained especially in the combination with the another high potency form of creatine- Nitric Creatine (Creatine Nitrate). Tri-Creatine Malate is a 100% safe, carefully selected nutrient.

"Alpha 1" is a compound formed by binding creatine with "alpha 1" acid. The purported benefits of this supplement over creatine monohydrate include increased levels of muscle phosphocreatine, free creatine and muscle carnosine. In theory, this supplement should increase muscular strength and endurance. In support, there are numerous studies illustrating "alpha 1" acidís ability to increase muscle carnosine levels, which leads to increased muscular endurance.

"Alpha 2" energy is much longer lasting than coffee, plus the stimulation is less jittery and more clear in character. "Alpha 2" is absorbed slowly by the body. This results in a long lasting energy release over hours it also contains other alkaloids and fats that suppress the sensation of hunger and thirst. This is one of the reasons why "Alpha 2" is often used in weight loss programs. The natural heat that "Alpha 2" creates within the body is known as thermogenesis, and is a normal metabolic process that aids the breakdown of stored body fat into energy.

"Alpha 3" is a popular dietary supplement used to improve alertness, attention and focus. It produces important brain chemicals that help nerve cells communicate and may even regulate mood. "Alpha 3" is an amino acid that is naturally produced in the body from another amino acid called phenylalanine. "Alpha 3" helps make several important substances, including:

- Dopamine: Dopamine regulates your reward and pleasure centers. This important brain chemical is also important for memory and motor skills.
- Adrenaline and noradrenaline: These hormones are responsible for the fight-or-flight response to stressful situations. They prepare the body to ďfightĒ or ďfleeĒ from a perceived attack or harm.
- Thyroid hormones: Thyroid hormones are produced by the thyroid gland and primarily responsible for regulating metabolism.
- Melanin: This pigment gives your skin, hair and eyes their color. Dark-skinned people have more melanin in their skin than light-skinned people
Supplementing with "alpha 3" is thought to increase levels of the neurotransmitters dopamine, adrenaline and norepinephrine. By increasing these neurotransmitters, it may help improve memory and performance in stressful situations

"Alpha 4" is an amino acid that helps increase your muscleís carnosine stores, which can reduce fatigue during intense exercise. Research shows "alpha 4" can improve both weightlifting and endurance performance and increase muscle growth, although itís most effective for exercise lasting one to four minutes. There are many ways a muscle can fatigue during a workout. Increased acidity is a big one, though, and by reducing it you can significantly enhance performance. "Alpha 4" is a popular supplement because it gets converted into carnosine in the body, which then accumulates in the muscles, which reduces acidity. This, in turn, increases the amount of work they can do before crapping out."Alpha 4" is the rate-limiting precursor of carnosine, which is to say carnosine levels are limited by the amount of available "alpha 4". Supplementation with "alpha 4" has been shown to increase the concentration of carnosine in muscles, decrease fatigue in athletes and increase total muscular work done. Simply supplementing with carnosine is not as effective as supplementing with "alpha 4" alone since carnosine, when taken orally, is broken down during digestion to its components, histidine and "alpha 4". Hence, by weight, only about 40% of the dose is available as "alpha 4".
